I am the founder and CEO of TribalScale. I help enterprises become AI-Native, redesigning products, workflows, and the systems underneath them so AI shows up as production, not theatre.
I am a YPO member and a graduate of Harvard Business School’s Owner/President Management program. We have already lived through mobile, cloud, and data. This wave is the same pattern with more leverage: small senior teams, platform-agnostic stacks, and a client that owns what ships.
This site is the thesis and the writing. TribalScale is the company that builds.

Bio
Sheetal Jaitly is the founder and CEO of TribalScale, an AI-Native product engineering company. The work is to help enterprises rebuild products, workflows, and legacy systems around AI, with small senior teams that ship, and with the client owning the result.
Sheetal is a member of YPO and a graduate of the Harvard Business School Owner/President Management (OPM) program.
Before TribalScale, Sheetal was at Xtreme Labs and led the Media, Sports, and Telco vertical, until Pivotal acquired the company. Later, Sheetal was a Special Advisor to Groq during its acquisition by NVIDIA. Mobile, then platform, then data, then AI. That is the scar tissue. It is why this is not a first encounter with enterprise transformation.
The public argument is consistent: AI is not a feature. It is a new operating model. The workflow is the product. The enemy is AI theatre. The close is strategy that ends in production.
